Mixed Grilled Fish

Ingredients - quantity for 4 people

1,3 kg of little cuttlefishes, squids and flying squids
garlic parsley
olive oil salt
bread crumbs pepper

Preparation

Buy 1,3 kg. of little cuttle fishes, squids and flying squids. 

Clean them and put them into a marinade of oil, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt for at least one hour.

Coat them with a mixture of bread crumbs, chopped parsley and a pinch of pepper.

Finally skewer and grill the fish. Serve at once.
