Preparation
Buy
1,3 kg. of little cuttle fishes, squids and flying squids.
Clean
them and put them into a marinade of oil, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt
for at least one hour.
Coat
them with a mixture of bread crumbs, chopped parsley and a pinch of pepper.
Finally
skewer and grill the fish. Serve at once.
