he's an excellent cook!
Crab
meat crêpes
Ingredients
- quantity for 5 people (two
crêpes each)
For
the crêpes:
two eggs
fish soup
two tablespoons flower
salt, pepper
For
the fish soup:
Fish extract
peppercorns
bay leaves
To
stuff the crêpes:
Crab meat (first sauté with butter, onion and a drop of vodka)
chopped artichoke hearts
chopped asparagus shoots (be careful: asparagus shoots have a strong
taste, therefore measure their quantity according to your taste
add to all this some ricotta cheese
For
the dressing:
bechamel prepared with fish soup instead of milk
Cook
in the oven for a few minutes, dress with asparagus shoots and serve.
