A very fine entry, this sent to the Best Raffaello by Mr. Giuseppe Monaco. The author didn't write where he comes from, but still we can guess he's an excellent cook!

Crab meat crêpes

Ingredients - quantity for 5 people (two crêpes each)

For the crêpes:
two eggs fish soup
two tablespoons flower salt, pepper
For the fish soup:
Fish extract peppercorns
bay leaves
To stuff the crêpes:
Crab meat (first sauté with butter, onion and a drop of vodka)
chopped artichoke hearts
chopped asparagus shoots (be careful: asparagus shoots have a strong taste, therefore measure their quantity according to your taste
add to all this some ricotta cheese
For the dressing:
bechamel prepared with fish soup instead of milk

Cook in the oven for a few minutes, dress with asparagus shoots and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
