Kg bread dough |

basil leaves |

mozzarellas |

and salt |
about 300 g tomatoes |

Preparation
Drain the tomato flesh and chop it with a
fork.
Cube the
mozzarella or cut it into thin slices.
Clean the basil leaves with a wet
cloth. Roll out
the dough and sprinkle with the tomato and about half of the mozzarella.
Season with
salt,
basil and oil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 250° for 20-25 minutes.
Five minutes
before taking it out of the oven add the rest of the mozzarella.
