The restaurant
"Paolo Teverini" is a modern local characterized by ancient atmosphere, inside the hotel Tosco Romagnolo: the cuisine follows the taste of the chef -patron, who projects refined menus and creates original recipes using the Apennines products: mushrooms, truffles, river crayfishes, underwood
fruits.
The new recipes are created to satisfy the taste for unusual matchings, and to surprise the
guests.
The restaurant has recently received the prize for the best wine list, it is mentioned in several gastronomical guides and it appears among the first places of prestigious culinary classifications. It is therefore a little jewel, thanks to its high quality and to the constant improving lead since generations by the Teverini family.
