The "Baia Beniamin" was established in 1986 and over the years the dreams and ambitions of its founders have come
true.
The restaurant, by the edge of the sea, is situated a few hundred metres from the French frontier. lt is set in a luxuriant and perfectly maintained garden, which greets the visitors with its tropical
landscape. The pleasures of the table ere enhanced by the gentle ripple of the waves breaking on the shore a few metres away and by the beautiful panorama of the little bay and the distant
horizon.
Five elegant rooms give onto the terrace and the splendid panorama which has contributed to the fame of the establishment.
The cuisine centres around fish, delivered on a daily basis from San Remo and the adjacent port of
Menton. The "pasta" is home-made. All this with the desserts and an extensive wine-list, are there to satisfy the wishes of the customersThe restaurant offers an extensive menu of dishes mainly based on fish and the ingredients of the famous Mediterranean
cooking.
The "patron", Carlo Brunelli, can advise you on the choice of suitable dishes or you can choose the Gastronomic Menu or, depending on the occasion, the Business Lunch.A selection of desserts, prepared by our pastry-chef, is offered on a separate menu.
The wine-list offers a choice of over 300 of the best ltalian and other wines.
For those who wish to continue the pleasures of the table, a wide choice of "digestifs" is also
available. More than 300 varieties of wine, representing the past and the present of ltalian and international production are stored and mature in the air-conditioned and stabilized wine cellar. Even though the restaurant offers mainly fish and sea-food dishes, the cellar contains same great red wines wich can go well with
fish.

LOCANDA
The "Baia Beniamin" is not only a restaurant, but incorporates five rooms for those wishing to stay and enjoy tranquillity and the
countryside. Each room is furnished in a different style and all have en suite bathroom, minibar, telephone, air-conditioning, television and
safe. During the summer period, hotel guests can use the private beach.
