Set in the middle of an English-style park between Cuneo and Saluzzo,
Castello Rosso, an ancient abode of the aristocracy dating back to the 14th Century, has returned to life, offering moments of peace in harmony with life, in an environment steeped in
history.
The Castle, which includes a hotel, restaurant, Meeting Center and Beauty Center, is far removed from noise and pollution, and is the ideal place to spend some pleasant days of work and/or vacation.
The ancient heart of the castle blends perfectly with the dynamic staff and modern management of the Hotel, including a Meeting Room that hosts
conferences, seminars and conventions for one or more days, and which can also be used for working lunches or client
dinners.

The environment is cultured and refined: Only 17 rooms, of which three are luxury suites furnished with impeccable taste (as well as satellite TV, radio, direct telephone, air conditioning, safe and refrigerator), which look out onto an English style park.

Included on the circuit of The Restaurants Of Tavolozza, Dal Maestro Restaurant is distinguished for the high quality of its cuisine. Alessandro Ferrero presides over the kitchen, composer of delightful elaborations drawn from traditional Piemontese recipes.
The dishes are light and refined, and contribute to the maintenance of the rich culinary heritage of our region, without, however, forgetting dishes based on seafood. The overall effect is enriched by the best wines of our territory.
Friendly and frescoed, the rooms of Dal Maestro Restaurant can be used to host banquets and meetings of unquestionable style and taste. For example the Costantia Salon can be used for dinners seating more than 100 people, or simply as a classical music hall for the pleasure of guests.
Furthermore, between May and September, events and ceremonies can be held under shaded and comfortable gazebos in the park and can seat more than 160 people.
