On the four floors of the Hotel, there are 98 refined and elegant rooms, looking at the lake or at the green of the large private park which surrounds the Hotel. 2 Suites complete the offer.

RESTAURANTS

The restaurant service is available either at the Regina Room or at the cosy Grill, and during the fine season at the “Terrazza” Restaurant, a superb balcony overlooking Bellagio and
the Pre-Alps. For a nice snack there is the Gazebo nearby the swimming-pool, where you can taste light and gourmand food. “Chef Executive” is Mr. Osvaldo Presazzi.

FITNESS

At guests’ disposal there are 2 outdoor swimming-pools (one of the two is heated), a synthetic grass tennis court and a private park of 30.000 sqm where a path leads to the top of a hill.
The Sporting Club puts at guests’ disposal a modern gym with electronic equipments and a sauna. In Villa Emilia there is the Beauty Sun Club for massages and aesthetical treatments.

Villa Emilia offers a special business service: “Executive Meetings” with exclusive, refined and discreet rooms, created to give hospitality to a limited number of guests.
The Caminetto and Mosaico rooms are perfect for high level meetings, with a third room endowed with the best modern media and video equipments.
