His life has been characterized by a brilliant school career: he graduated from the Istituto Tecnico Agrario "Bonafaus" (Technical Institute for Agriculture) in Pianezza, Turin, and then he took a degree with distinction in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Turin.

His passion for "vines" led him to specialize in Viticulture and Enology, by taking a post-graduate diploma at the University of Turin, always with distinction.

The Piedmontese background strengthened his own training and gave him the possibility to gain valuable experience.

Upon coming back to the Marche region he immediately took up a leading role. Thanks to his valuable contribution as wine consultant and enologist, the wines which are produced by a number of firms have been awarded important prizes in the wine field.

He is also the author of several articles which are published by specialized magazines.
