Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee

If for any reason the customer is not entirely satisfied with the products purchased, The Best Raffaello will replace the products with others of the same value or refund his money. 
The Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee cannot be applied to perishable food products or products made-to-measure.

To make use of the Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee you only need to follow the instructions indicated:

• Within 10 days from receipt of the parcel, the client should notify The Best Raffaello the intention to return it, explaining the reason and indicating  if you’d rather have the product replaced with another of the same value or have the money refunded.

  If the products are returned due to our mistake (e.g. wrong delivery) the delivery cost will be at our charge.

• Within 15 days from receipt of the products returned, The Best Raffaello will send the addressee the new products as a replacement, or the money will be refunded by means of not-negotiable check or bank transfer.

Furthermore The Best Raffaello guarantee that all prices of the truffles proposed or put up for auction are conform to the market prices.

Delivery guarantee

The Best Raffaello guarantees the highest quality in delivery, too. 
We have selected the best national and international carriers, who offer the best quality/price relation - and international carriers, who offer the best quality/price relation - DHL, UPS o SDA for Italy.

The products are dispatched direct to the address indicated on the order form. In case the addressee is not at home, the carrier will leave a message.

The products will be dispatched within 48 hours from confirmation of order and method of payment and within 12 hours from confirmation of order and method of payment in case of fresh products (such as truffles).
