THE WEDDING / Part 1

The wedding should be decided by both the spouses respecting their characters and their life styles.

If the spouses choose to give a certain solemnity to the ceremony, it is better to arrange every little detail taking time.

THE HOUSE'S TROUSSEAU
Accordino to custom, the trousseau for the house is up to the bride's family, while the furnishings and the purchase of the house is up to the bridegroom.

It does not seem right following literally this "rule." Sometimes the spouses consider the mutual economic advantage and decide according to their economic conditions. Actually, the spouses purchase the house sharing in the expenses.

However, the bride's mum will not renounce to give a basic trousseau to the spouses. A basic trousseau would be composed as follows:
- 12 sheets;
- 12 thin towels;
- 12 bath-towels, 2 bathrobes;
- 2 wool blankets to place under a bedspread chosen by the bride;
- Napkins, small tableclothes, doilies, depends on the dining table.

THE BRIDE'S TROUSSEAU
For what concerns the bride's trousseau, it's necessary to consider that trends and tastes change about any article of clothing. For this reason, the bride will not choose articles which easily eclipse, but those which will resist against new trends.
