Shipping,
packing and Tracking on-line
 Orders
are normally dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of the
order and confirmation of payment. In case of fresh
products (such as truffles), the delivery time is reduced to 12
hours from receipt of the order, according to the availability
of products.
Depending
on the destination areas we select the lowest prices and the
fastest delivery time among those offered by DHL,
UPS or SDA
(for Italy).
With
DHL and SDA shippings it is also
possible to follow each step of shipping thanks to the Tracking
System available on line.
 When
the products ordered are being dispatched we will send the
addressee an e-mail with all information about delivery.
The Best Raffaello uses safe packaging in order to avoid any
tearing or deformation.

Mall
The
Best Raffaello is above all a Mall, where you will
be free to take a closer look at all products.
Each
product is featured with a detailed description and a
descriptive photograph which can be expanded by simply
clicking on it.
The
products on sale range from wines to pasta, from
cheeses to sausages, to extra-virgin olive oils, appetizers,
sauces, sweets. All the best of Italy.
A
whole section is dedicated to handicraft products, tableware
and cookware, and also to art works by famous artists.
Of
course you will also find for each item the price, the
package net weight, the handicraft product dimensions or
any other useful information.
Gift-Wrapping
If
you want to make a present, The Best Raffaello will include a greeting
card with your name and it will send the parcel wrapped in a
patterned paper of your choice.
