Next to each product you find the ADD TO CART button which gives you the opportunity to put the products chosen into a virtual shopping cart that will keep in memory your shopping, and go on surfing in the Web site as you like before placing the order.
You can remove items from your cart at any time, by just selecting them and clicking on the REMOVE button.

Check Out

Once you have shopped, you can place your order by clicking on the CHECK OUT button. 
You can click on this button only if there is at least one item into the shopping cart.

Create your Account and Login

Before completing your order, The Best Raffaello ask you to create your own personal account. This will enable you to place orders faster and more easily, create your address book, view your old orders online
To register your personal data click on the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT button and choose your own USER ID and PASSWORD. Once you have created your account you will be able to place your orders by just clicking on the LOGIN button. 

To update your personal account after logging in click again on the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT button and enter new data. 

Order Details

Now that you have created your account, you can complete your order. 
By clicking on the CHECK OUT button details about the items you have put in your shopping cart will be shown. 
You can change any quantities or remove any of the itemes from your cart by clicking on the UPDATE and REMOVE buttons.

Once you are ready to place your order you can choose to ship the items to any of the addresses in your ADDRESS BOOK. 
You can update, remove or add addresses in your ADDRESS BOOK by clicking on the ADDRESS BOOK button after logging in.

Gift-wrapping

If you want to make a present you can also choose among four different kinds of gift-wrapping paper by clicking on the GIFT-WRAPPING link next to each item. A new box will open where you will be able to choose your paper and write a message.

The final step is to fill in the billing information. The Best Raffaello accepts on-line payments all over the world by all major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, Diners, Eurocard, Mastercard.  

Safe Payments

The Best Raffaello in collaboration with @Pos SSB and Banca delle Marche uses a 128 bit SSL Thawte cryptography certificate for its e-commerce services, to guarantee maximum security in transactions .

Shipping  

The Best Raffaello will get the products you have ordered dispatched within 48 hours from confirmation of order and method of payment (for further information please see Delivery Service).

In case of fresh products, such as for example truffles, they will be dispatched within 12 hours from confirmation of order.

If the products ordered are not available, the Customer will be promptly e-mailed with the delivery time and informed if there are similar products immediately available.
