Founded as an enterprise dedicated to the traditional skill of
pasta making, The Best Raffaello is located at the very heart of Italy, in the region of the Marches.
We are proud to produce a high quality bran, durum wheat, pasta, which is made respecting traditional
artisans’ methods.
We consider that making pasta, and making it well, means using a product and an internet site to let the whole world know of an all-Italian art that has been faithfully handed down from generation to generation and has arrived, unchanged, as far as us today.
The Best Raffaello pasta that we produce every day is the result of simple ingredients and over 60 years of experience. From the choice of the best quality bran and the right quantity of water, to the bronze-drawn machines and the long drying process at low temperatures: nothing is left to chance.
Today, The Best Raffaello pasta is exported all over the world, with the current favourite being
La Chiocciola, the first ever produced @-shaped
pasta.
Pasta making is a true art form and it is for this reason that the particularly apt
Raffaello Sanzio has been chosen as a direct portrayal of our mission and aims.
Although we began life as traditional pasta makers, with the passing of time our plans have widened. Through this website, we now wish to represent
all the most typical and inimitable facets offered by ‘bella
Italia’, our unique and beautiful country.
We began, two years ago, in the region where we live: the Marches, however the expansion from strictly regional production to national, has been very rapid. Today, The Best Raffaello is proud to offer
the best of the best of Italy.
It is not by chance that we have chosen the image of Raffaello Sanzio as our figurehead. A symbol of passion and love of beauty, a man of typically Italian good taste with an almost maniacal attention to detail, he seemed to be the most apt representation.

We do not deny that our ultimate aim is that of selling the products we offer, however, we would hope to provide complete satisfaction.
