CARAMELIZED FRUIT AU GRATIN WITH CHANTILLY ICE-CREAM

400 g fresh fruit
|
4 scoops of ice-cream
|
100 g sugar
|
100 g chantilly cream
|
Preparation
In an ovenproof bowl put two tablespoons of fruit, add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and cover with the cream.
Bake at 200°C until the cream is golden. Serve immediately.
