CARAMELIZED FRUIT AU GRATIN WITH CHANTILLY ICE-CREAM 

Serves 4
400 g fresh fruit 4 scoops of ice-cream
100 g sugar 100 g chantilly cream

Preparation

In an ovenproof bowl put two tablespoons of fruit, add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and cover with the cream. 

Bake at 200°C until the cream is golden. Serve immediately.
