The holiday accommodations Il Vecchio Mulino are situated in the metalliferous hills of Radicondoli, between the provinces of Siena, Grosseto and Pisa. 

One part of the accommodation are 5 holiday apartments with swimming pool, garden and outside space, in the country side, about 1 km from the charming medieval village Belforte (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, grocer's shop) and 6 km from Radicondoli away, towards Grosseto. The other part of the accommodation is an independent villa with swimming pool just a few metres from the fortress of Radicondoli, from where one can admire a marvellous view over the Val d'Elsa until S. Gimignano. As the villa is completely independent, it is the ideal holiday accommodation for one single family.


Within short time it is possible to reach Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, the Abbey of San Galgano with the mystery of the sword in the rock, Massa Marittima as well as the famous villages of the Chianti Classico area. Other places like Florence, Volterra and the coast of the Maremma can be reached within one hour by car. Those who love nature, can go on foot, by bike or on horseback on the numerous trekking routes. Upon request it is possible to book the guided excursions or the participation of a daily excursion with the canoe, various courses (cooking, candle ecc.).

Villa Fiorenzani is only 2 minutes from the historical centre of Radicondoli away.

The villa offers an enchanting view from the so called metalliferous hills to the Chianti region and to the towers of San Gimignano. At the village Radicondoli itself one can find everything necessary for daily life such as: typical Tuscan restaurants, grocer's shop and other shops, bank with automatic cash dispenser, doctor, chemist's shop, post office and petrol station.The villa has a surface of about 180 sq.m. and is subdivided over 2 floors, offering space for 10-12 people:

The apartments

The holiday apartments Il Vecchio Mulino (engl. the old mill) are located about 6 km outside of Radicondoli, not far away from the thermal springs (8 km). 

Il Vecchio Mulino is subdivided into 5 holiday apartments of different size. The apartments were furnished in the typical Tuscan style, maintaining the original architecture. Every apartment has a living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one or more bedrooms, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, central heating, independent entrance and a private outside space, some apartments also with terrace. Furthermore, at the guest's disposal a swimming pool (6 x12 m); there every family has a beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and 2 deck chairs, a table with chairs at disposal. Restaurants, grocer's shop, bank, chemist's, doctor, posto office etc, are at Radicondoli, 6 km away.
