Casafrassi is a farm in the hills in the heart of the Chianti region (400m above
sea-level).

Guests of this
beautiful 18th century farmhouse can enjoy a splendid view of Siena and surrounding area. Green
hills, famous towns and vineyards surround this farmhouse. In Casafrasassi you can also enjoy the hotel
service.
We are in the heart of the Chianti region, which gives its name to one of the most famous and appreciated red wines in the world.
They produce their own Grappa, extra-virgin olive oil, table wine and Chianti Classico
DOCG. |
The four available apartments all have telephones, televisions, equipped kitchens and laundry.
All our apartments are very light, airy and comfortable.
There are lots of leisure alternatives for your free time. A swimming pool, a
tennis court and a lovely park.
Our position is ideal for wonderful walks in the woods or through the vineyards and olive orchards.
Bicycles are available on request in order to enjoy the nature or ride to the nearby villages.
It is possible to pay a visit to the cellar to discover how some typical Tuscan products are made, like for example oil and wine.

to get there |
The holiday farmhouse and the hotel are to be found in Via Chiantigiana, S.S.
222, 10 kilometers from Siena and 7 kilometers from Castellina in
Chianti.
If you are coming from Siena you can take the road Via Chiantigiana towards
Castellina, pass through Querciagrossa and after about 1 kilometer you will find the entrance road to the hotel on your right about 100 meters up a
hill.
If you are coming from Florence, from the motorway A1 Firenze Certosa, you can take the motorway for Siena and exit at San Donato. Then follow the road for Castellina in Chianti and then the road for Siena. After around 6 kilometers you will find the small town of Fonterutoli on your right and after another kilometer you will find the entrance road to the hotel and the Agriturismo on your left
