The estate produces vintage wines and extra virgin olive oil following the old tuscan traditions and the modern techniques of «Organic Cultivation». That is to say all products are grown without the use of artificial chemical substances.
The estate has been producing since 1982. As garantee for this the produce is controlled by the A.I.A.B. (Italian Association of Organic Producers» and I. F. O. A. M. (International Federation of Organic Agricultural
Movements).
On the property there are also three old farmhouses which have been restored and converted into apartments for farm holidays with swimming pools and a nice restaurant. The farm also provides a shop with products from the farm and the possibility to have guided tours and wine and olive oil
tasting.

In the
farmhouse we have reorganized 4 cottages, the "Podere Casanova", the "Podere La Querce", the "Podere Frantoio" and the "Podere
Bellosguardo", assign now as flats and rooms and a "Colonica" home for
guests. Open during all the year, they are gifted with an indipendent
heating.
The guests dispose of 2 swimming pool near olive trees and
vineyard, a large hall, footpaths, a shop and mountain-bikes. The restaurant, immersed in the green, on a beautiful terrace in the hayloft in Podere La Querce, offer tuscan and vegetarian cooking with all biological
products. |

From
Milan/Rome
Take A1 Motorway direction Florence. Exit FIRENZE SIGNA.
Then Highway (superstrada) FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno), exit Lastra a
Signa. Take right until the centre of Lastra a Signa, go beyond the traffic light and after the descent follow the indication on the left towards
Malmantile. When reached Malmantile, follow the old village's walls and at the end of the descent, in front of pharmacy "Le Mura", take right at San Vito's road. Go through the wood and follow the indication for the Reception Office.
From Pisa
Airport
When you exit from the airport take Highway FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) direction Florence and exit at Montelupo Fiorentino.
Take left and follow the indication for Florence on the right. Proceed towards Florence until you reach
Camaioni. After restaurant TONIO, which is on the left side of the road, take right following the indication for Tenuta San Vito. Follow the road going through the wood and after the cemetery you'll find the Reception Office.
